Our Story
Uhandisi Talks was founded in 2023 in response to a growing gap in mentorship, practical knowledge, and job readiness among young engineers. Many were leaving university with limited exposure to industry realities, while the rise of the gig economy demanded new skills and greater adaptability. This inspired us to create a platform focused on equipping engineers for the real world through relevant, hands-on learning.
We began with virtual pre-recorded videos and software training sessions. Over time, we evolved into hosting live conversations with experienced engineers across the globe. Today, Uhandisi Talks is becoming a global hub that connects, trains, and inspires engineers by providing access to insights, opportunities, and a strong professional network.
